Early Days
The current content of this website is a work in progress - please bear with us. The programme is gradually taking shape.
VoiceFest, or Voice Festival Brechin to give it its posh name is also a work in progress. This first year will be a small scale version of the event, a taster of what is to come. It will be managed by VOICEFEST CIC (a Community Interest Company), and we'd really like to hear what you'd like to see at future events.
Our Vision
Our vision is to create a sustainable and inclusive music festival that not only entertains but also engages with the local community as well as lovers of choral music and other voice based genres. All ages will be catered for with workshops and activities for young people.
Our Mission
Born out of a desire to use and celebrate the stunning Brechin Cathedral and bring a range of musical experiences,
VoiceFest will be more than just a music festival. It will we hope build a community of music lovers, those new to singing and live music, artists and volunteers who will come together to create a unique and unforgettable experience.
