The Noteables have two choirs; one in Dundee with 70 members and one in Forfar with 30 members. They are a truly inclusive organisation and what a great free afternoon out this was, in the splendid surroundings of the Cathedral.

The Hepburn Four. Early music to Scottish folk. This group is destined for great things. After a recent performance the Scotsman newspaper gave them a 5* review; "… delivered with a fluid gracefulness and remarkable sense of balance and ensemble that made for exquisite sonic beauty". The group received a standing ovation.
Young singers Eva and Zoe from Brechin High School were joined centre stage with members of the schools's teaching staff for a mini concert in the Cathedral for Voicefest. We hope to develop this into a bigger event in the future.
The organ is the the voice of the cathedral. Organist Arthur Balfour performs some favourites demonstrated the power and emotion from this 150 year old instrument, Joined by saxophonist Bob Thomson for duets with piano, saxophone and clarinet. The audience were able to watch the organ keyboard and pedals on a big screen.
